Graves Technology has developed, documented, and

IPOs, and initial stage operations. Many of the plans

were tailored to the intended audience and included

and cash flow analyses as required by investment

in-depth review of companies and their operations in

support of the board of directors and/or senior

company executives. These reviews are customized

to client needs and are preparatory to strategic,

tactical, financial, and operational plan development.

Planning - Graves Technology provides planning

support from detailed technology development to full

scale corporate business plans. These plans are carefully tailored for the client to meet the intended use whether it be for corporate guidance, management operations, product development, marketing/sales, or capital acquisition.

Capital Acquisition - Graves Technology provides support for capital acquisition from preparation of simple proformas, executive summaries, financial plans, to development of "road show" and investor presentations. Additionally, the Company can make initial contacts and prepare listings of potential capital sources.

The identification process typically includes preliminary screening of sources, determination of availability, intellectual property status, and preliminary recommendation on best sources. The findings are delivered to the client as a confidential report.

Technology Opportunity Assessment - Graves Technology provides assessments of technologies and intellectual properties for acquisition, transfer, licensing, or joint ventures. These assessments include preliminary discussions with the holders of technology or intellectual property on the potential to meet client needs.
